Scott Hochman and Sunny Goldin, both alumni from University of Miami School of Law, have each been practicing law in Florida for over 18 years. The attorneys have handled more than 180,000 traffic citations in the courts of Miami-Dade and Broward Counties and also represent clients on misdemeanor criminal cases. Scott Hochman, Esq. received his Juris Doctorate at the University of Miami School of Law in 1993 and his Bachelor of Arts, Cum Laude in the University of Miami in 1990. Once he was admitted to the Florida Bar, Mr. Hochman built his own law practice, representing individuals charged with traffic infractions and criminal offenses, and prior to that had served as a Certified Legal Intern of the Miami-Dade County Public Defender Office. He was also a law clerk for the Federal Trade Commission.
Fellow Hochman & Goldin PA attorney, Sunny Goldin, graduated with her Juris Doctorate the same year as Mr. Hochman at the University of Miami School of Law. Before that, she earned her Bachelor of Sciences from UM in 1990. She is a past member of the Infraction Backlog Committee and is Treasurer of the Florida Traffic Attorney Committee. Additionally, she has assisted as a speaker in the Miami-Dade County Traffic Hearing Officer training programs and, prior to joining Hochman & Goldin P.A., served as a Certified Legal Intern with the American Civil Liberties Union.
