He was also a law clerk for the Federal Trade Commission.

Fellow Hochman & Goldin PA attorney, Sunny Goldin, graduated with her Juris Doctorate the same year as Mr. Hochman at the University of Miami School of Law. Before that, she earned her Bachelor of Sciences from UM in 1990. She is a past member of the Infraction Backlog Committee and is Treasurer of the Florida Traffic Attorney Committee. Additionally, she has assisted as a speaker in the Miami-Dade County Traffic Hearing Officer training programs and, prior to joining Hochman & Goldin P.A., served as a Certified Legal Intern with the American Civil Liberties Union.
